An employee who services your business for Seven (7) years must be compensated by you setting them up in a Business of their own.

SMART ADDITIONAL EMPLOYERS CLAUSES:
- Employee must complete Business Planning Guide based OWNERSHIP readiness
- The percentage of Help the Employee receives is equal to the percentage their business adheres to the BUSINESS PLANNING GUIDE.

Bottom line-
There is no such thing as being at a permanent loss unless their is ZERO work ethic.

It's been said that nearly 50% of Wealth of Wealthy Families is lost due financial mismanagement of their offspring.  How does this solution protect them too.

Anyone in a Proud Family Line who, due to the children destroying their economic standing would be able to regain it simply by going through the process themselves.  

We presume-
Sharing is the cure to becoming paranoid about having excessively more than everyone on the planet.

That saying- It's better to GIVE the RECEIVE.
Why/How is it that, those who live in over-abundance who are giving are actually more full of JOY than those who only fill their own cup-of-life.  What is the power behind FAIRNESS and/or GIVING.
