With that statistics stating that nearly 80% of those practicing law are 100% useless, that alone makes it important for Black Folks to Individually know how to Battle those who bring Negative Adverse Actions against African Americans.  Don even consider hiring a Black Attorney who won't lead your Case/Claim without first making a Contractually Binding Counter-Offer of Conditional Acceptance served on your Opposition… including the STATE.

Remember, you are addressing the institution called the Court the the Judge who think they are the court.  Contrary to what must modern-day judges and attorneys believe- The Judge is not the Court.  That's why you can go after judges who place themselves above their oath of office as to war against the constitution.
