In 1988, the Supreme Court of New York State challenged his premise and methodology. The presiding judge, the Honorable Ann Felton, ordered the institute to present 9 patients that had been successfully treated for the disease the Institute claimed to cure. 77 patients appeared to testify. Each client was required to bring medical records from accredited medical institutions, indicating the diseases they had prior to receiving treatment from the Institute - which included H.I.V/A.I.D.S cases - no longer existed. As a result, on September 29, 1988, the Institute won the right to utilize any substance in his herbal compounds, regardless of approval from the Food and Drug Administration (F.D.A). At the time of this victory 2,789 other cases with medical doctors, homeopathic doctors, and herbalists had appeared before the New York State Supreme Court for various reasons. The Usha Research Institute was the only one to win. Through this judicial process, the Supreme Court was made aware of the efficacy of the African Bio-mineral Balance.

Interjection:
It's our belief that Dr. Sebi was unaware that, he won the case based on submitting his Claims attached with Medical Affidavits that 'WERE' and 'REMAIN' as UNDISPUTED PROOF in support of his Claim(s), Ways & Means. 

SIGNIFICANCE OF AN AFFIDAVIT, MEDICAL AFFIDAVIT:
Dr. Sebi was made to sign a Medical Affidavit restating his claim to be able to cure all Diseases.  The Purpose of an Affidavit is to ensure truth.  Once signed you must prove your TRUTH or face NEGATIVE ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES that include (but not limited to) multiple years in jail.  Affidavit replaced Street Duel.  CLICK ME.

Dr. Sebi used UCC CONTRACT LAW when he made his claims Subject to Medical Affidavits.  The Court(s), District Attorney, and all detractors from within the Medical Field all FAILED at disputing the (Now-Proven) Affidavit Backed claims that Dr. Sebi Provided.
- Dr. Sebi Signed Medical Affidavits regarding his claim (Which, would have be a trap if his Ways & Means failed)
- The Government Supplied the Diseased Sick Participants
- Dr. Sebi Proved his Claims

My question to you today is-

If Dr. Sebi is the only Healer with Medical Affidavit Backed WAYS & MEANS then- Why are you trusting those who could not & would not put their claims under a SWORN AFFIDAVIT?
