You can even set in Answers to the most commonly asked Questions.  Simply attach a KNOWLEDGE BASE TICKING SYSTEM to your CRM.  Now Everyone will be happy.  And, you can then directly contact only those with whom are presenting the answer you actually want to hear while never neglecting those with less urgent information.
