             Merchants/Sellers are protected from poor performance.

Merchant Friendly Sliding Scale Payment Structure:
Monthly Payment Slides Up or Down from the BASE AMOUNT; based on Performance.
Poor Performance Subtracts from the Base Amount throughout next Month Payments.

QQWall Agreements Are Quarterly.  Works the same:
Income Produced during the current Quarterly Period become the Income paid during the upcoming Quarterly Period.  Your next period of Payments (Monthly or Quarterly) is determined by the previous months' earnings.
