It's simply the smartest way for MERCHANTS to use the Internet for processing payments to those they KNOW and don't KNOW!!! And, yes; we can accept any of the Major Debit or Credit Cards towards making payments.
WE ARE A CERTIFIED PayPal Member/Merchant. All money spent with us is SAFE. Any and all disputes are handled promptly and professionally.
How 'WE' collect information about you
When you visit the 'WE' website, 'WE' collect your IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website.

'WE' work with merchants to enable them to accept payments from you using 'OUR SERVICE'. In doing so, a merchant may share information about you with us, such as your email address, when you attempt to pay that merchant. 'WE' use this information to confirm to merchants that you are 'OUR' customer and that the merchant should enable the payment for your purchase. Also, if you request that 'WE' validate your status as our customer with a third party, 'WE' will do so. Please note that merchants you buy from and contract with have their own privacy policies, and 'WE' may not be held responsible for their operations, including, but not limited to, their information practices.
Regardless, 'WE' will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone you have paid or who has paid you through 'OUR SERVICE,' except with your express written permission or if 'WE' are required to do so to comply with a subpoena or other legal process.
How 'WE' share personal information with other parties
'WE' may share your personal information with: Members of our affiliated family of businesses through uQQn Holdings Holdings. Joint content and services will be provided (like registration, transactions and customer support), to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and violations of our policies, and to guide decisions about products, services and communications. Members of our affiliated family will use this information to send you marketing communications only if you have requested their services. Service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations; (fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing, technology services). Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.
Financial institutions that 'WE' partner with may jointly share your information only as to create and offer you/your business a products or services such as a 'OUR' featured Credit Card, Debit Card or other financial offering. The shared information is only used as a tool in order to determine whether you should receive pre-approved offers. Whomever 'WE' partner with they may only use our partnership to offer/market 'OUR'-related products/services, UNLESS YOU GIVE 'OTHERS' WRITTEN consent to make other offers that doesn't involve us.

Affiliate must keep as updated: www.QQWall.Site & the Sequential Quarterly Next AD Distribution Request/
END OF RESIDUAL INCOME:
• Merchants' that that break the Sequential Payment and usage of QQWall Services by any Stop & Restart usage ends ends residuals from that Merchant Account. Prior to when that merchant desires to restarts QQWall usage, until or unless the Merchant specifically include you as the reason for the Restart, that merchant becomes what's called a House Account for (3) Quarters. At the end of (3) Quarters, the Affiliate need only to forward a new Limited Residual Income Agreement (15) Fifteen days before the Merchants next quarterly payment is due, simply present-

AGENT PROTECTED TERRITORIES
After securing (7) Merchants Account, All of Your Affiliates Accounts are Gifted to you as Protected ZipCODE Territories.
- Every Merchant Calling from your Protected ZipCODE are paid to you even if you've never met the Merchant yet.
Once a unmet Merchant call in a payment will simply show up within your pay along with the Merchants' contact information, on or before your next payment.
Rarely are their Charge-Backs with this type of service because merchants must approve the Drafts before QQWall Services moves forward. However- Charge-Backs are subtracted from Future Contracted Payments.
EXTRA SELF-IMPOSED SECURITY STEPS SUGGESTED:
For Affiliates and all others with Accounts on our system it's suggested that you Change Your Password upon making any significant change such as (but not limited to) after any day of Uploads, Uploading new offers, Payments From Our Service To You, Payment From You to Our Service. Fact is, HTTP & HTTPS are keys. There is no real security for Pages or Sites, Corporation have the right to scare you into using their products and do. We only use the Protection of Paypal as our Payment Portal because, it's best to belong under the protection of one within the CORP-GAME than to go it alone. Rest Assured, our Legal Team Opens all Disputes with AFFIDAVITS. We aggressively attack with AFFIDAVIT BACKED questions. We 100% move disputes forward using UCC BASED CONTRACT LAW, not the GAMES BASED VERSION OF LAW that's prevalent today. We understand that, every Adverse Action Taken Against You is an OFFER. We'll Conditionally Accept that OFFER (fully knowing that other options exist--- such as Violence, Lawyering-Up, Calling The Police, Do Nothing... etc), SUBJECT TO: Our Aggressive List of Questions that 'WILL' require our opposition to Prove That Their Action(s)
